Engine Overhauls

We are geared to overhaul all makes of heavy-duty trucks, passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, plant and machinery engines, and tractor engines. All removal and fitment, strip, and assembly are carried out by our competent staff on our premises.

Only automotive machining will be outsourced to ACRA approved service providers. All rebuilt units carry a 12 month written warranty or unlimited mileage. All partial repairs to engines carry a 3 month or 10000 km warranty or as warranty prescribed on the invoice.

Steering and Suspension Overhauls

We overhaul all types of front and rear suspensions for trucks including king-pin overhauls and replacement of shackle pins and bushes. Overhaul to all makes of suspensions for cars and light commercial vehicles including replacement of shocks and air suspensions.

All passenger and light commercial tyre balancing are undertaken in house. Reset of steering geometry and wheel alignment are outsourced mainly to franchised fitment centers.

Clutch and Brake Overhauls

We overhaul all makes of truck clutches and brakes, including repairs to hydraulic and air braking systems.

Clutch and brake overhauls to passenger and light commercial vehicles are also undertaken.

Gearbox and Differential Overhauls

We overhaul all makes of heavy-duty truck gearboxes and differential, including light commercial and passenger car gearboxes.

All units carry a 6 month or 10000 km warranty.

Battery

We are an accredited Bosch Battery reseller. All Bosch batteries carry a 2-year guarantee as opposed to other suppliers that carry a one-year guarantee. We are equipped with the most advanced Bosch Digital testing and charging equipment.

It certainly takes away the guesswork as far as battery failures are concerned. We have found the solution to repair burnt out battery poles. We build up new positive and negative battery poles at fraction of the cost of replacing a battery.

Panel Beating and Re-spraying

We undertake minor touch-ups to paintwork, minor accident damage repairs, and re-spraying of rims and chassis. We are accredited to a small number of well-known short-term insurance companies.

A free chassis re-spray on all major services and COF repairs are carried out.

Preventative Maintenance

All our vehicle servicing schedules are based exactly on the requirements of the original manufacturers (agents).

On older models and high mileage vehicles, we recommend service intervals every 10000 kms and the newer or low mileage vehicles, as per original manufacturers’ service schedule.

All services are guaranteed as per our service guarantee laid down by Bosch South Africa.

Complimentary Services

The following free services are offered to our regular fleet customers who use us as their repair workshop. We assist in the delivery of vehicles after completion of the repair, interior vacuum clean, chassis and engine steam clean, wheel rim re-spray, tire pressure checks, and digital battery condition test.

In addition, all vehicle fault code erasing and resetting of service lights are free when the service is carried out by our company. The normal charge is R450.00 per diagnostic scan. Furthermore, free 150-point checks are done on all vehicles.

COF Tests

All vehicles with the GVM exceeding 3500 and public motor vehicles require an annual COF test to be carried out by an authorised vehicle testing station. For a matter of convenience, we have an authorised A Grade testing station within a 3-km radius which reduces our traveling distances to have a COF test done.

We are geared to repair all faults and prepare the vehicle for a retest. Preliminary inspection is carried on vehicles at our workshops by our Workshop Manager who also is a qualified vehicle examiner before the vehicle can be tested at the vehicle testing ground.

For the convenience of our customers, in most instances, depending on the expiry date, vehicles are tested for COF after a service is carried as the certificates are valued for 6 months from the date of issue. This will eliminate unnecessary delays at the time of license renewal.
